Hank lives isolated in the woods in order to study an ancient superweapon. After a month of living alone, he is reaching his limit as the stress of keeping the weapon a secret and trying to understand it is weighing on him. Hank’s college friend, Phil, comes to visit Hank one day in order to check up on him. Hank pushes Phil away as he does not want him to be in danger. However, Phil finds his way to the superweapon while looking for a way inside to talk to Hank. After Phil accidentally activates the superweapon, Hank must trust him to help shut it off. They both return to Hank’s house after turning off the weapon and begin to finally reconnect as friends.
